Service Description
Bring the tasting room to your table. We handle every detail of the wine service so you can focus on your guests. ** HOW IT WORKS ** STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR TIER We source exceptional bottles tailored to your palate. THE ENTHUSIAST: Exceptional boutique bottles. ($25-$39/bottle) THE BOUTIQUE: Unique, small-production wines. ($40-$69/bottle) THE RESERVE: Rare, cellar-worthy selections. ($70+/bottle) THE PRESTIGE SIGNATURE: Mix Tiers. (Varies) STEP 2: SHARE THE DETAILS Our base service fee of $250 covers professional hosting and curation for up to 10 guests. (For groups of 11 or 12, a $30 per-guest logistics fee is added to your final invoice). STEP 3: DESCRIBE YOUR PERFECT EVENING After you request your date, we finalize your specific bottle selections together. Wine is billed transparently at retail cost + a 20% sourcing fee.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, because our tastings require significant advance preparation, including the procurement of specific wines and perishable pairings, we adhere to the following refund schedule: 7+ Days in Advance: Cancellations made at least 7 full days prior to the scheduled event start time will receive a 75% refund. Less than 48 Hours / Day of Event: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event, or "no-shows," are non-refundable. Rescheduling Note If you wish to reschedule rather than cancel, please contact us at least 3 days in advance. Rescheduling requests made within the 4-day window may be subject to a "re-stocking fee" to cover the cost of perishable items or wines already opened/prepared for your specific event.
